There are a lot of parks in the area. But if you’re looking for a dog park, the Bark Park at Pelican Park in Mandeville (located off HWY 190 towards Lacombe) is one of the best. The bark park is divided into two sections—one for small breeds and one for larger breeds. There is plenty of space for the dogs to run around, water fountains, puppy pools, waste stations, and (fake) water hydrants.

Be sure to read the rules that are posted and note the times the park is closed for maintenance.
Pelican park also has a batting range, skateboard park, disc golf, baseball/softball fields, volleyball and pickleball courts, and more.
